Aleksis De Minor celebated his victory over Novak Djokovic by taking aim at some of his critics. Djokovic is an incredible tennis player who has done so much for the sport. The first match between these two rivals ended poorly for De Minor last year in the fourth round of the Australian Open, as Djokovic managed to defeat him and only allowed him five games. When you play against Djokovic, you have to believe in yourself and fight until the end. I am very happy for the victory and it means a lot to me.
After that loss, Serbia found itself in a big problem as Ajla Tomjanovic dominated against Natalija Stevanovic, and in mixed doubles, the Australians have one of the strongest mixed teams in the world, so we were practically left without a chance for triumph. (MONDO, N.L.)
