Luka Dončić motivates teammates to do push-ups before the match

Luka Dončić recently won a bet and immediately made his teammates fulfill their part of the agreement. The Slovenian basketball player scored 33 points, had 13 rebounds, and 10 assists, showing his great mood even before the game started. While warming up with his teammates, he defeated them in shooting from half-court.

Eager to collect his winnings, Dončić made three of his Texas teammates do push-ups on the court of the arena where they later faced the Los Angeles Lakers. He stood a few centimeters away, laughing loudly at the sight of his teammates struggling before an NBA game. Watch the video to see how it went down.

Making shots from half-court is one of Dončić’s trademarks. He frequently attempts these shots and often succeeds, as numerous videos online attest. However, his efforts were not enough to secure a victory for the Dallas Mavericks against the Lakers. Currently, the Mavericks are in 7th place in the Western Conference with a record of 24-18. The Lakers, on the other hand, are not performing as well, currently holding the 10th spot with a record of 21-21.
